and licensing can be found in HTML and PDF format in the "documentation" folder.

You may also access the documentation by loading index.html in your favourite
web browser; however, once you are ready to view the generated atlas pages, you
will require Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or later due to it's ability to natively render
and mix XHTML and SVG.
